While things have improved markedly on the Covid front in 2021, we are still very conscious of the safety issues of our customers and staff. We’ve developed a special strategy to keep you on the road while keeping you safe.
You can purchase a scooter or have it serviced by us – all within the new requirements for non contact activity.
Buy remotely and get free delivery by our staff
You can purchase a Luggie scooter on-line and we will deliver it to you free of charge by one of our own staff, without any contact with you if that is your wish. We will assemble the scooter, test it, and disinfect it prior to delivery to your home. And we can deliver it to your home without any contact from out staff.*
Just go to the Luggie scooter page you are interested in and follow the steps to purchase through our shop. If you are in a metropolitan centre we will deliver it free of charge. We will contact you when we are ready to deliver the scooter and arrange a suitable time and place to leave it. There are plenty of videos on our site that show you how to use the scooter.
And if you want to purchase a regular footpath scooter from us, you can do it by contacting us and we will follow a similar procedure.
Servicing and Repairs
For contactless servicing and repairs, all you have to do is contact us and we will organise to either pick your scooter up, or alternatively service it at your home. We will disinfect the scooter after we have serviced it, and we make sure that all our staff carry disinfectant to keep their hands clean and safe.

All our staff are now trained in the correct procedures to keep you, and themselves, safe from contamination by the virus.
Please make sure you notify the staff if you are sick or have had contact with anyone who has been confirmed to be infected with the virus.
