We worked with our first OT back in 1993 and have been working closely with therapists ever since. Our experienced staff can cover all bases, from sales all the way through to repairs and ongoing support. Scooters Australia has a wide range of products to suit the vast majority of customers. Our staff are familiar with all our products and have experience working with the needs of many different customers and are happy to work closely with all parties in order to find the best option available. We can do this through phone consultations, in-home demonstrations, in person at any of our store locations, or a combination of all of the above. We’re also here for our clients and their OTs beyond the sale, offering repair, service and ongoing support for clients across all our locations.

An Experienced NDIS Scooter Supplier

With our ongoing experience working with OTs also comes extensive knowledge of the NDIS. We’ve been working in this sector since the trial started in 2014, and process a high number of applications every year. Recently, we were audited by the NDIS, justifying the competency of our staff in dealing with NDIS clients and establishing us as leaders in this sector.

Working with Sydney University & OT Students

Scooters Australia also has a good reputation within the education sector, having a history of working with Sydney University and their OT students. For the past five years, Scooters Australia have been one of only two companies that have been regularly invited to demonstrate products to new OT students studying for their degrees. This has been a wonderful opportunity to connect with teaching staff as well as up and coming Occupational Therapists, giving them insight into how they can incorporate a knowledge of mobility scooters into their practice.
