- # "Range" is an estimate only, is determined (amongst other things) by battery size, terrain, payload and care of batteries, and is not guaranteed by Scooters Australia. Any performance less than estimated in this data cannont be construed as a major failure.
- OD = Outside diameter of tyre
- ^ Maxiimum speed allowed on Australian footpaths is 10 kph. Higher speed scooters can be programmed down to this maximum speed on application .
- Note: Battery size is rated in Amp Hours and gives a good indication of the range possibilities. It's analogous to the size of a petrol tank.
- At no time should a scooter be sat on or ridden while it is being transported in a vehicle. The presence of tie downs does not indicate that the scooter can be transported while occupied by a user.
- Weight Restrictions on small scooters: All small mobility scooters (whatever brand you choose) have small motors that are not able to work efficiently on slopes greater than 1:14. Irrespective of the published carrying capacity, if the payload is greater than 100 kg, then a slope no greater than 1:20 should be attempted. You risk damage to the motor and your warranty. You can read more about this here.
* All motorised scooter specifications are correct at time of publication but subject to change without notice.
